WOW!    Looking at my lack of posts over the last year I'm embarressed. I'm not going to make a resolution that I will do better this year but I sure hope to. A lot has changed since my last post. I am now a RE/MAX agent with RE/MAX Signature Properties (still Minot ND). Years ago I had an office built for a business I formally owned, now I am using that office for my Real Estate business. It is not a "branch" office of my employer it's just a great convience for me to be able to work out of my home. All means of contact on my MySite home page is current and conects to my home office. The snow has melted, school has only 10 days left, and good things are growing in my garden. Home sales are popping up like dandelions and are selling almost as fast as they are listed. This is the time to buy and sell. Closing usually take 3 to 6 weeks so many buy now so they can get settled into their new homes before school starts once again.
